Thanks for the update and the good news of progress.

The Audio Mix is an automatic route for placing those volume keyframes...basically, as the Timeline content plays in the Edit area monitor with the Audio Mix dialog open, you adjust the Audio Mix's volume sliders for the numbered audio track, narration track, or soundtrack involved.

The Smart Mix basically can adjust the volume in the narration or soundtrack against the dialog in a numbered audio track depending on how you designated track, Foreground or Background.

The volume keyframes that are set by these means can be seen as white dots on the audio clip rubberband and can be adjusted there also.

These volume keyframes can also be adjusted in the Show/Hide Keyframe Controls area in the Adjust Tab/Adjustments Palette/Volume panel expanded area.

You can also do volume keyframing at the Timeline level. See audio clip rubberband which is the orange line that runs horizontally across the audio clip.

If you do not see the "white dotes" volume keyframes...

a. Make sure the clip is set for Volume:Clip Volume and then right click the audio clip, select "Show Clip Keyfrasmes", and follow the path to Volume:Clip Volume.

We will be watching for your results.

Thank you.
