Sorry, just want to make sure I don't bugger this up to much. A little unclear on the naming of the root directory as this was my initial error on the first go.
I moved my files out of the html folder and placed them in my root which is httpdocs. In #2 you said it needs to contain "html" in the root folder. Does this mean that I need to create a sub-folder within httpdocs labeled html? Sorry, I'm a bit new and need it dumbed down a bit.
