This is happening to us, too.
Here is what we found:
- If you are the initiator of the review, comments are not visible in reviews you sent before the upgrade. Note that comments appear properly in reviews sent after the upgrade.
- If you are a reviewer, you can access the review PDF from the initiator's internal server folder (if that is how you are set up) as all of the comments are saved there. The comments appear. Note that comments appear properly in reviews you commented in after the upgrade.
As long as you are not the initiator, you can go in the back end and see the review comments.
Other team members are opening any review PDFs that are needed right away and saving archive copies for the initiator.
I sure hope this gets resolved ASAP!
