Always glad to help figure closed caption issues out -- if you can explain in screenshots, or what alternate closed caption programs you are using, importing files into PPRO that would be great. PPRO tested extensively with exports form caption programs like CaptionMaker & MacCaption, owned by Telestream, and Annotation Edit.
