There is no such forum. This is the Photoshop forum for all versions of Photoshop.
In your case, just uninstall the software using your operating system tools. Which operating system are you using?
The reason I'm trying to delete it is because the program will start up on it's own just by touching
my keyboard.
Sounds odd. Not sure uninstalling and reinstalling will fix that but there's no harm in trying.
